  • OumasAgency fails to provide any of the deliverables promised in your selected package.

  • OumasAgency encourages clients to request revisions within the project timeframe to ensure satisfaction.
  • If you do not use your allocated revisions, refunds will not be issued.

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before work begins to receive a full refund.
  • Once design work has started, the order is non-refundable.
