1. Digital Delivery Only

All services provided by OumasAgency are 100% digital.

We do not ship any physical products.

Your final files will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Email delivery
  • Secure download link
  • Client dashboard (if available)

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the package selected:

  • Starter & Basic Packages: 2–3 business days
  • Professional & Business Packages: 1–3 business days
  • Premium Package: within 24 hours

⏱️ Delivery time begins once:

  • Your order is successfully confirmed
  • All required project details are submitted (business name, style, colors, references, etc.)

3. What You Will Receive

Depending on your selected package, you may receive:

  • High-resolution logo files (PNG, JPG)
  • Transparent background files
  • Vector/source files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF)
  • Brand color guide (for eligible packages)

All deliverables are provided in digital format only.

4. Revisions

  • Each package includes a specific number of revisions, as stated on the pricing page.
  • Additional revisions may require extra fees.
  • Revision requests may affect the overall delivery timeline.

We aim to process all revisions as quickly as possible.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to:

  • Missing or incomplete client information
  • Delayed responses from the client
  • Multiple revision requests
  • Technical or unforeseen issues

In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

6. Order Completion

An order is considered completed when:

  • Final logo files have been delivered
  • All included revisions have been used or the design is approved by the client

Customers are responsible for:

  • Responding in a timely manner to design updates
  • Providing a valid and correct email address for delivery

OumasAgency is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
